A verified badge means the owner completed RentEdge's identity / ownership verification for that listing. See owner verification below for details.

Open any listing and click Book a visit in the sidebar. Pick a date and time slot and submit — the owner or agent is notified and confirms. You can track all your requests under Visits.

Yes — go to Visits, open the request and choose reschedule or cancel. The other party is notified automatically.

On a rental listing, click Apply to rent. You'll share basic details and proposed terms; the owner reviews and can accept, decline or counter. Once accepted, the tenancy — agreement, deposit and rent — is managed under Rentals.

After your application is accepted, the owner generates the agreement and initiates e-signing. You'll be prompted to review and sign digitally — no paperwork. The signed PDF is available on the tenancy page.

The deposit is collected once the agreement is signed and tracked in a deposit ledger on your tenancy, so every adjustment at renewal or move-out is transparent and auditable.

On a sale listing, start a deal and submit your offer price and terms. The seller can accept, reject or counter, and you can negotiate back and forth. Track everything under Deals.

Yes. Every sale listing has a built-in EMI calculator in the sidebar — adjust the loan amount, interest rate and tenure to see your estimated monthly instalment, total interest and total payable. It's indicative; actual rates depend on your lender and profile.

Owners can request verification on a listing, submitting identity and ownership proof. Once our trust & safety checks pass, the listing earns a verified badge with a tamper-evident integrity check. It signals to seekers that the listing is genuine.

Open your listing from My Listings and choose Get verified. Follow the prompts to submit the required documents; you'll be notified when the badge is granted.

Everything is under Billing & invoices — your current plan, wallet balance, invoices and payment history. Compare plans on the pricing page.

Eligible refunds are credited back to your original payment method or wallet, depending on the transaction. If you believe you were charged in error, raise a ticket with our support team and include the invoice reference — we'll investigate and resolve it.
