Terms of Service

By creating an account or using RentEdge AI you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. We may suspend an account where we detect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms.

If you publish a property, parking space, co-living room or service listing, you confirm that you have the right to offer it and that the information you provide — including price, availability, photographs and ownership — is accurate and not misleading. We may remove a listing that appears fraudulent, unlawful, duplicated or materially inaccurate.

A booking, rental application, purchase offer or service request made through RentEdge AI is an agreement between you and the counterparty. RentEdge AI facilitates discovery, communication, documentation and payment, but is not itself the landlord, seller, lender or service provider unless expressly stated on the relevant page.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Subscription plans renew for the stated billing period until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund a period already served. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Loans, deposit bonds and rent advances offered through the platform are provided by regulated lending partners who are the lender of record. Approval, pricing and servicing terms are set by those partners and disclosed to you in a Key Fact Statement before you accept. Nothing on this platform is investment or financial advice.

Do not scrape the platform, attempt to circumvent access controls or rate limits, upload malicious files, impersonate another person, post unlawful or discriminatory content, or use another user's contact details for unsolicited marketing.

We work to keep the platform available and accurate but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid to RentEdge AI in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. Where a change is material we will give notice in the product or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept the updated terms.
