Privacy Policy

• Account details — name, phone number, email and the organisation you belong to.
• Verification data — KYC documents and identity checks where a regulated product (loan, deposit bond, rent advance) or owner verification requires them.
• Usage data — searches, saved properties, enquiries, messages and bookings you make on the platform.
• Payment records — invoices, payments and refunds. Card and bank credentials are handled by our payment partners and are not stored by us.

To operate the marketplace — showing relevant properties, connecting you with owners, agents and service providers, processing payments, meeting KYC and tax obligations, and detecting fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

With the counterparty to a transaction you initiate (for example, the owner of a property you enquire about), with regulated lending partners when you apply for a financial product, and with infrastructure and payment providers who process data on our instructions. We also disclose data where the law requires it.

Owner and tenant contact details are revealed only through the platform's metered contact-reveal flow, so both sides retain a record of who accessed them. Using those details for unsolicited marketing is a breach of our Terms of Service.

For as long as your account is active, and after closure only for the period that tax, accounting, lending and anti-fraud obligations require. KYC records tied to a regulated product are retained for the statutory period set by the relevant regulator.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you may access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw a consent you previously gave, and request erasure where we are not required to retain it. You can raise any of these from your account or through Contact Support.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is scoped to the organisation you belong to, sensitive actions require a second factor, and administrative access to personal data is audited.
