Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a plan at any time from Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your entitlements remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. A period that has already been served is not refunded. A one-time purchase does not renew and is not refundable once the entitlement has been granted.

A parking booking can be cancelled before the stay begins. The refund returns the refundable components of the booking; a platform convenience fee, once the booking is confirmed, is not refundable. Once a stay has started it can no longer be cancelled for a refund.

Where a booking token has been captured against a property deal and the deal is subsequently cancelled, the captured token is returned to the payer through the original payment method. Any amount already released to the counterparty under an executed agreement is settled between the parties.

A service job can be cancelled before the professional is dispatched at no charge. After dispatch a visit fee may apply. Where work has been completed and you are not satisfied, raise a dispute on the job — a disputed amount is held until the dispute is resolved rather than being released to the professional.

Regulated financial products follow the cooling-off and foreclosure terms disclosed in the Key Fact Statement you accepted, which take precedence over this page. Fees already earned by the lending partner are governed by that statement.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The total refunded for a payment can never exceed the amount captured for it. Once we have issued a refund, the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
